Self-learning from past tickets enables Easy Ticket AI to learn response patterns and your brand style from historical tickets. It works automatically without manually provided custom instructions.
By default, our training process looks as follows:
- We train on tickets last updated in the last 3 months (up to 5,000 most recent ones) that are solved and contain text interactions (excluding voice/phone tickets).
- The training process usually takes about 1 hour, and happens automatically in the background. You can continue using Easy Ticket AI meanwhile.
- We retrain once a day, to keep the training set up to date.
- We do this separately for each brand under your Zendesk account.
